Frequently Asked Questions

What people ask us

If your question is not answered below, just ask us directly — do not hesitate.

Is ATLAS an ERP?

No. It runs on top of Logo, Netsis, Mikro and SAP; it does not replace them, it reads from them.

Do I have to replace my current software?

No. Your Excel, your Sheets, your database and your ERP all stay exactly as they are.

Does ATLAS write anything to my system?

No. It only reads. Not one record in your ERP changes and not one field is corrupted. That is why there is no risk of disrupting how you work.

Does my data go to the cloud?

No. ATLAS runs on your own computer and your data is never copied. With the local model option nothing leaves at all.

Does it work without an internet connection?

Yes, when the local model is chosen — no internet connection is required.

How long does implementation take?

Between 2 and 8 weeks, depending on company size and how tidy your data is. What sets the timeline is not ATLAS but how scattered your data is.

My data is messy and incomplete — can it still work?

Yes. On day one ATLAS starts by saying “this data is missing, this process is unrecorded.” Making the mess visible is already the first benefit. Entry screens are then built for the gaps.

Will my team have to learn new software?

Not to use the dashboard — they open it in a browser and ask a question. The data entry screens are designed to make existing work easier: three taps instead of a shift log.

Can it give a wrong answer?

It calculates from the real data it has. If the data is not there it does not invent it — it says “I do not have that data.” That is precisely why it can be trusted.

How many users can connect?

There is no per-user licence. Everyone you authorise sees the dashboard appropriate to their role.

Will it replace my employees?

No. It frees your accountant, your production manager and your HR officer from routine reporting and gives them time for their real work.

Is personal data processed lawfully?

Data stays inside your company and is not transferred abroad. See the Security and Data Protection page for details.

Which department should we start with?

The one that hurts most. In most manufacturing companies that is production — but we decide together in the discovery session.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the company's data structure, the number of departments and the entry screens to be built. A firm quote follows the demo and discovery.

Is there support and maintenance?

Yes. The scope of post-implementation support and updates is stated explicitly in the quote.

We are larger than 500 employees — can it still work?

Let us talk. ATLAS was designed for the 20–500 range; for larger structures we need to assess the scope together.
